Nitrogénművek Zrt. (Plc.) is looking for a proactive person(s) to join our sales team for the position of

Domestic Sales Manager(s) (Poland)

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Determines annual plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzes market trends and results
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
  • Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competitors
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring competition, and supply and demand
  • Supports operational logistics.

 

Requirements:

  • University or postgradual degree of education in the field of rural/agrarian sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years previous practice in sales of agrar inputs to end-users and distributors.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language is a must.
  • Knowledge of Hungarian language is an advantage.
  • Excellent sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
