Nitrogénművek Zrt. (Plc.) is looking for proactive persons primarily in the North Bulgarian region Vratsa and Veliko Tarnovo (or neighbourhood) to join our sales team for the position of 


Domestic Sales Representative(s) (Bulgaria)


Main responsibilities

  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends and competitors.
  • Direct sales of fertilizers to agricultural end users.
  • Contribution in introducing new products to the market.
  • Communication with the producer, wholesalers and end users.
  • Supports operational logistics.



  • University or postgradual degree of education in the field of rural/agrar sciences.
  • Minimum 3 years previous practice in sales of agrarian inputs to end-users and distributors.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent sales skills, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
